This is not for you. It is for adventurers.

For those who feel — even if they cannot explain it — that something about how we meet, take part and connect at events… is broken.

If you are looking for a solution… turn back.

If you are looking for an experience… go on.

Start

Act I · Setup

The square at dusk

THE NOMAD

(arrives shortly before closing time)

SENET

You have arrived before the closing.

SENET

There are many voices in this square. Few roads between them.

The Nomad chooses what to observe.

Consequence: A conversation that will not continue.

Consequence: A need nobody has answered.

Consequence: Areas full of people, yet empty of connections.

Act I · Setup

The broken threads

THE UNRAVELER

(appears as interference and pulls two related signals apart)

"I am looking for guidance on a new regulation." "I help teams understand complex legal contexts."

THE UNRAVELER

A square full of strangers is perfect exactly as it is.

SENET

People are not what is missing.

SENET

What is missing is a structure that makes the relation visible.

Consequence: A route appears between them and the fair's structure indicator grows.

Consequence: The signals fade. Senet shows what is lost and allows the connection to be recovered. There is no permanent failure state.

Act II · Confrontation

The clearing of purpose

SENET

Every person arrives at the fair with a different purpose.

SENET

What have you come to protect?

Consequence: The Nomad receives the Host emblem (organiser).

Consequence: The Nomad receives the Backer emblem (sponsor).

Consequence: The Nomad receives the Explorer emblem (attendee).

Act II · Confrontation

The cartography table

Senet lays out three needs of the fair: detecting signals, facilitating encounters, preserving what is learned. The spaces have no name or shape yet.

SENET

A territory is not worth its name. It is worth what it allows to happen.

The Nomad decides which function to activate first.

Consequence: Then chooses its narrative expression: Lighthouse or Observatory.

Consequence: Then chooses its narrative expression: Harbour or Bazaar.

Consequence: Then chooses its narrative expression: Logbook or Archive.

Both names produce the same function, but change how it is represented.

Act II · Confrontation

The square at work

The fair now has a minimal structure. It must produce a useful interaction.

Host

Choose what needs to become visible.

Consequence: Several signals form a trend.

Consequence: Two figures start a conversation.

Consequence: A question opens a new route.

Backer

Choose how to contribute value.

Consequence: A need finds its answer.

Consequence: A need finds its answer.

Consequence: Two figures start a conversation.

Explorer

Choose how to take part.

Consequence: Two figures start a conversation.

Consequence: A question opens a new route.

Consequence: A need finds its answer.

THE UNRAVELER

(loses presence)

Act III · Resolution

The square at dawn

The fair ends. The square empties. The Unraveler tries to erase what happened, but the structured relations, signals and learnings remain.

THE UNRAVELER

By dawn, nobody will remember anything.

SENET

Remembering is not enough.

SENET

What was lived must become a next action.

OPEN THE LEGACY

Host

Map of the Gathering: activated connections; detected signals; main trend; continuity opportunities.

Backer

Letter of Opportunities: priority affinity; recommended conversation; interest signal; next action.

Explorer

Personal Logbook: discovered idea; relevant profile; open question; recommended route.

The deliverable can be viewed without providing any data.

Act III · Resolution

The Numen Games workshop

SENET

What you just did was not entertainment.

SENET

It was architecture applied to the relations of an event.

We design narrative, gamified experiences that turn events into connections, intelligence and value that remains.

DESIGN AN EXPEDITION — book a call. SEND A SIGNAL — write to us.
